Students at Michelle O’Bonsawin took part in the Voix du Futur project: a show and improv workshop with Improteines, then living museums to meet inventors and pioneers, all in French.
Activity carried out as part of the “Voix du Futur” project, Vice Versa micro-grant D-54165 (Fédération de la jeunesse canadienne-française), in partnership between SOFIFRAN and the Conseil scolaire Viamonde.
Secondary school students watched an Improteines show, then took part in an improv workshop built on spontaneity, creativity and collaboration. The living museums then turned the school into an exhibition: each booth featured an inventor or a pioneer, and the students were the guides.
The project program included: a meeting with magician Marc Trudel and the magic of math; an Improteines show and improv workshop; living museums and Gumboots dancing; interactive quizzes, cooperative games and community meals.
