Building capacity for equitable services for refugees and newcomers

The project in detail
SOFIFRAN is announcing the launch of the project “Building capacity for equitable services for refugees and newcomers”, an initiative that fosters the inclusion, empowerment and leadership of women for the benefit of families and communities. The goal of this project is to strengthen community capacity so that refugees and newcomers receive services that are more equitable, safer and more caring. It focuses on access to resources, skills development, self-confidence, mutual aid and solidarity. SOFIFRAN warmly thanks Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as well as OCASI for their financial support and their trust. Their support makes it possible to carry out this important initiative for Francophone women, families and communities from diverse backgrounds. Together, we are continuing our commitment to a community that is more inclusive, more equitable and more supportive.
